This is a working method as of Dec. 28th, 2018!
What you need:
1) Strong sock5 (clean)
2) Strong internet (I would recommend vps or rdp) this is because if processing of payment is timed out, it will request for card confirmation and cancel and go back to eBay.
3) Good and reliable dumps or fullz etc. (Non VBV preferred but not needed) (PM ME IF YOU NEED CHEAP AND RELIABLE CCs)
Method:
Create an eBay account, and make your drop address the primary one.
Verify your email, and add a card. (CC, fullz) (I CAN PROVIDE, PM ME)
Make sure the email address is similar to the card holders name, (the name Jane Smith might be [email protected])
Make sure you clear all cookies/cache etc. (CCleaner will do the job)
Select the item you want to buy.
Checkout as GUEST.
Enter your drop address.
It will then redirect you to PayPal.
Select "I don't have an account."
It will bring a CC form.
Enter your CC info (again, pm me if you are looking for reliable ccs)
It will tell you there is a matching info and will locate your account and ask if you want to login to pay or proceed to checkout.
Select proceed to checkout without login.
You should get a "Thank You" page and redirected to PayPal.
