Because of the law "on fakes"
"TikTok is a platform for creativity and entertainment that can be a source of help and communication during a time of war when people are facing great tragedy and isolation. However, our highest priority is the safety of our employees and our users, and in light of the new Russian under the Fake News Act, we have no choice but to suspend live streaming and new content for our video service in Russia."
Further decision on work in Russia will be made by the company after consultation with the company's lawyers.
