Attackers gained access to one of the servers of the State Services portal. At the moment, 28 thousand residents of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug are aware of the leak of personal data, Kommersant reports.

The file contains full name, SNILS, TIN, date of birth, information about children, phone number and e-mail. DeviceLock founder Ashot Hovhannisyan announced the publication of public data in the public domain. According to him, in the shadow forums, the stolen data of Russians is distributed not only from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. Hovhannisyan claims that the data could be downloaded from one of Rostelecom's servers, which did not have protection due to a configuration error.

At the moment, there are no comments from the authorities, and the “hole” in the server is still not closed.
