The defendants scanned the sites for vulnerability and through "SQL injection" gained access to their databases. Now the issue of declaring suspicion to men is being decided. They face up to six years in prison.

Cyber police officers, together with investigators from the Kharkov police, under the procedural leadership of the local prosecutor's office, established that two 31-year-old residents of the Kharkiv region were involved in illegal activities.

By actively scanning the site for vulnerability using specialized software and anonymization tools, the defendants carried out unauthorized interventions in the work of competitors' sites and gained access to databases.

Law enforcement officers conducted searches of the defendants, as a result of which they seized mobile phones and computer equipment.

On this fact, criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 361 (Unauthorized interference with the operation of computers, automated systems, computer networks or telecommunication networks) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Now the issue of declaring suspicion to men is being decided. The defendants face up to six years in prison.
