The prosecutor's office said that the attacker had created software supposedly for self-development and self-education, but law enforcement officers were able to establish that this computer software was created in order to secretly copy the necessary information.
- The court sentenced the perpetrator to 1 year 6 months of suspended imprisonment, - they say in the supervisory department. - The trial period will be the same one and a half years. He was also fined 10 thousand rubles.
The verdict has not entered into legal force. The hacker has time to appeal to a higher authority.
